Pancake Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sunflower oil (plus extra for the pan)
- Butter for greasing
Steps:
- Whisk eggs with sugar and salt until smooth.
- Add half the milk and all the flour, whisk until no lumps remain.
- Add the remaining milk and sunflower oil, mix into a thin, pourable batter.
- Heat a well-greased pan over medium heat. Pour a thin layer of batter, swirling to cover the entire surface.
- Cook for about 1 minute until the edges lift, flip, and cook the other side for 30 seconds. Grease the pan with butter between each mlynets.
